Accommodation Eligibility
To reside in University owned accommodation you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be over the age of 18
- Enrolled full-time at the University of Sydney
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 with a vaccine recognised by the Australian Government.

If you are a prospective or current student seeking accommodation on-campus, or a current resident at one of the University Residences.

Ready to Apply?
Please be advised that in order to apply for University owned accommodation, you must be enrolled or intend to enrol, as a University of Sydney student doing either an undergraduate, a postgraduate or research degree for the relevant accommodation period being sought in the application. You also must be over the age of 18 to reside in University owned housing.
